Part of why d. lynne's boutique exists is to support others in our local community. Mainly, we do this through featuring local artists and makers in the store, but we also like to find ways to give back monetarily. Our semi annual fashion shows provide a way to give to our local Boys and Girls clubs through donations from ticket sales.
This spring we are raising funds for Grace Kitchen through our Spring Preview event. This is a 2 hour event, at the boutique, and 10% of everything sold during the event will go directly to Grace Kitchen to support the work they do. What do they do? "Grace Kitchen exists to empower and employ women out of poverty. Our hope and vision is that every woman who walks through our doors will experience the transforming love of Christ through discipleship and job training." Women strengthening Women through development of job skills, training, and the tools necessary to support and provide on their own.
